Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to ClickGo Serv. This policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided through our platform, in compliance with local laws and the policies of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Qatar.

1. Provider Responsibility

  • All refund or cancellation requests are the sole responsibility of the service provider involved.

  • The Company reserves the right to supervise and provide guidance to ensure compliance with internal regulations and state policies.

2. Applicable Laws and Regulations

  • All refund and cancellation processes are subject to the internal policies of the individual service provider.

  • Compliance with the policies and regulations approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the laws of the State of Qatar is mandatory.

3. Cancellation Requests

  • Customers can submit a service cancellation request through the app or by contacting our support team.

  • Requests will be processed according to the service provider's specific terms and local laws.

  • If a request is approved, the financial procedures previously agreed upon between the provider and the customer will be followed.

4. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests are handled directly with the service provider according to their internal policy.

  • ClickGo Serv acts as an intermediary to facilitate communication between the customer and the provider but is not responsible for approving or rejecting refunds.

  • Any compensation or refund is issued in accordance with local laws and the agreement between the customer and the provider.

5. Exceptions

  • This policy does not cover products or services that have been fully rendered or consumed.

  • Certain services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable according to the service provider's terms and Qatari law.
